As it is becoming well known, practicing meditation is a great discipline to alleviate anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, etc. It has been shown to increase our ability to concentrate and to help people deal with chronic illness and pain management.  It has even been shown that practicing meditation creates a physical change in our brain.

I am able to tailor meditation instructions to the individual needs of the person.  I have over forty years of experience practicing and teaching meditation to hundreds of people in a variety of settings.

About me:

I have been practicing meditation on a daily basis for over 45+ years.  My meditation practice has changed from using a mantra into a more open form of mindfulness which also includes practicing the martial art of Aikido.  I have been teaching people from all walks of life and, all ages, how to meditate.  I have conducted workshops and taught in a variety of venues, including schools, libraries, hospitals and clinics.
