Marcos Martorano, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and administrator in the field of mental health and addiction. He has been a supervisor and a director of several programs in hospitals and outpatient clinics. Marcos has been an Adjunct Professor of Social Work at NYU for the last twenty years. He has participated in research on “evidence based” treatment for adolescent depression with Columbia University. His leadership in the field has been recognized by national organizations such as the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Marcos also leads workshops on the integration of “mindbody” disciplines and psychotherapy to other professionals and the community. He is a graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook, School of Social Welfare.
